Fire pit and Birthday Party Cancellation Policy:
In order to receive a refund for an emergency situation on a fire pit or birthday party package cancellation, Purchase Protection must be purchased and covered by a qualifying event. Purchase Protection does not cover the farm being closed due to inclement weather. It only covers unforeseen events in the life of the customer. Purchase Protection will handle any claims made through them. Fire Pit and Birthday Party Packages may be rescheduled to another time or day in the season without initiating a claim. Fire Pit and Birthday Party Package refunds will only be made by Jackson Farm if the farm closes due to weather and the event cannot be rescheduled.

Ticket Refund Policy:
All admission tickets are valid for one use until the end of the season(except season passes). Unused admission tickets and special event tickets will not be refunded by Jackson Farm. Purchase Protection is available to cover emergency situations should you so choose to opt in. Purchase Protection will reimburse any claims made through them. "Acts of Nature" does not cover farm closures due to weather - it only covers events in the life of the ticket holder. If you are unsure about whether or not you will be able to visit this season, we recommend not purchasing tickets until the day of your visit.

Pet Policy:
Pets are welcome but breed restrictions apply due to insurance regulations. We are not able to allow Pitbulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Dogo Argentinos, Staffordshire Terriers, Wolves, or Wolf hybrids. Pets must be well behaved and leashed. A waiver is required at entry. And we have the right to deny entry or remove you from the farm for any concerns of safety or nuisance.

Rain Policy:
If rain dampens your visit here at Jackson Farm and you feel you are not able to enjoy our farm, please stop by Admissions and we will be happy to give you a Rain Pass. You are welcome to return with your Rain Pass on a future date during our current season.

We cannot control the weather and during rainy weather days we try to keep as many attractions open as possible. At times, however, some attractions(or the farm) need to be closed down because the safety of our guests and employees is extremely important to us. Please remember that it is YOUR decision as to whether or not you choose to visit our farm when the weather is in question and while we offer Rain Passes, WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS on admission tickets. Please keep an eye on our website and socials for weather updates and farm closures.

Refunds will only be made by Jackson Farm on Special Event tickets, Fire Pit Rentals, and Birthday Party Packages under the conditions that the farm closes and the event cannot be rescheduled.
