Ages 2 and under & Military (Active & Vet, with ID) get in FREE! 


**Admission tickets are good for any day that we are open to the public this season unless it has a specific date on it(Jeep tickets). 

**All tickets are non-refundable by Jackson Farm and expire at the end of the season(See policies).

Small Fire Pit Reservations

Reserve a private gathering area! Perfect for groups, parties, churches, or single families wanting a “home base” to eat, relax, leave their things, and soak in the day. There are 15 small size available. Numbered 1-15. Pick your location from the map below. Admission not included except when the Birthday Party Package Add On has been selected.

Admission Ticket and Special Event Ticket Refund Policy:
All admission tickets are valid for one use until the end of the season(except season passes). Unused tickets will not be refunded by Jackson Farm. Purchase Protection is available to cover emergency situations should you so choose to opt in. Purchase Protection will reemburse any claims made through Purchase Protection. "Acts of Nature" does not cover any farm closures due to weather - it only covers events in the life of the ticket holder. If you are unsure about whether or not you will be able to visit this season, we recommend not purchasing tickets until the day of your visit.

Fire pit and Birthday Party Cancelation Policy:
In order to receive a refund for an emergency situation on a fire pit or birthday party package cancellation, Purchase Protection must be purchased and covered by a qualifying event. Purchase Protection does not cover the farm being closed due to inclement weather. It only covers unforeseen events in the life of the customer. Purchase Protection will handle any claims made through Purchase Protection. Fire Pit and Birthday Party Packages may be rescheduled to another time or day in the season without initiating a claim. Fire Pit and Birthday Party Package refunds will only be made by Jackson Farm if the farm closes due to weather and the event cannot be rescheduled.

Pet Policy:
No pets except on “Bring Your Pet Days”.

Weather Policy:
We will remain open if at all possible. Many of our activities are covered and the farm is elevated and water runs off quickly. However, there may be times we have to close on short notice. Admission tickets cannot be refunded due to inclement weather. But you can use them any other day we are open this season. Consider not purchasing your tickets until the day of your visit if you are concerned the weather may prohibit your attendance. If there is rain in the forecast, please check our socials or call ahead to make sure we will be open before making the trip.
